Canada Atlanta Program
Canada’s Atlantic Provinces joined federal government to start new employer-driven migration program, which is focused on dragging attraction of potential immigrants and employers. The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program’s (AIPP) eligibility requirements are unique and particularly attract certain workers and graduates. For instant, international graduates or students who are eligible does not require any work experience before submitting the application. Additionally workers having intermediate level occupations (National Occupational Classification C) and workers having limited language ability can also immigrate through this program.
It is a new venture which includes provinces like Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.
The three year pilot program aims towards addressing resource gaps that certain sectors are facing, and helps businesses to attract and retain business global talents.
